Like ‘Painters Bridge’ and ‘The Aspen’,   ‘The Sandalwood’ was designed to capitalize on the expansive views surrounding this lovely home. The interior has been finished with soothing earth tone colors which provide a neutral and inviting pallet for Art and your furniture.

As with all of our homes we have finished The Sandalwood with quality materials and finishes.  Solid hard wood floors, quartz counters, porcelain tile and extensive crown mouldings.

The kitchen is a chefs’ delight with a large 2 level island, perfect for having family gatherings while you prepare a feast. And nestled beside the kitchen is a large eating area which looks into your private back yard complete with a large wrap around deck with a covered area which is designed to be either screened or glassed in for year round use.

In the living room a large stone fireplace lends warmth to the design and as with all great room plans the living room encompasses views into the kitchen and dining area to encourage large gatherings.

On this main floor we have the Master Bedroom, complete with a beautiful En-suite and walk in closet.  The En-suite has a separate rain shower and soaker tub with double vanities.

The Sandalwood is a bungalow design, so you will find 2 additional bedrooms along with a luxurious bathroom and a large Laundry/Mudroom on this one floor.  We have finished one of the 2 additional bedrooms with hard wood flooring so that it can easily be used as an office space if your lifestyle prefers this.

The Sandalwood has a large 1750 sq. foot basement which has roughed in plumbing and is ready for your personal touch.  With the addition of this basement it provides you with many options on use of space.

The yard is a large ½ acre yard with in ground irrigation and has easy access to park an RV in the back.
