With our dream home plans in mind we searched for the perfect location to raise our young family in a small town / country setting.  We looked for a place to build our home with amenities near by but it needed to have that quaint small town Saskatchewan feel that Lumsden offers.  Right from the start Steve and Lynda were more than helpful in providing us with the information that we needed to make our decision on where to build.  Through the building process we gained an appreciation for the entire vision that Canyon Creek Estates hopes to fully realize.  It is that vision that will give this development a leg up as a unique and special subdivision.  The Town of Lumsden offers all and more amenities than a young family might need.  Excellent schools and many extra curricular activities await.  The proximity of Canyon Creek Estates in relation to the downtown area gives you full access to the town while having the living in the country feeling.  Canyon Creek Estates will appeal to anyone that has a young family, enjoys the outdoors or maybe just wants to go out for a horseback ride in the picturesque Qu’Appelle Valley.  We look forward to raising our family here in Canyon Creek Estates!
